At Bartlett Arborist Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional apparel and gear. If your items do not meet your expectations, you can return unworn and unwashed products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the original items, including all tags and packaging, into a secure shipping box or mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
